In this particular short the Stooges are amateur detectives looking for a stolen diamond, which Shemp swallows by accident---the diamond thieves try to cut it out of him only to be thwarted by a renegade gorilla.
The scene I focused on for this image takes place in a pub where the trio comes across a woman with every weapon known to man in her smallpurse, including a 12 ounce bottle of rat poison, a crowbar, and an axe. she doesn't have the diamond though so they don't arrest her ;D
my coloring is getting better but I need to do more of these before the schemes will be settled
